We currently offer exchange only — not returns or refunds.
You can request an exchange if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the defect or damage. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
